Frequently Asked Questions
1) Can I bring in my own caterers?
Yes. We highly recommend the caterers on our vendor page, but you may bring in your own.
2) Can my guests BYOB?
No. All alcohol must be served through our bartending partners.
3) What is the cost to rent The Meadow?
The 2026 cost to rent the meadow is $4,500 for up to 150 people and 6 hours
(Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays).
OR $3,000 for up to 75 people and 4 hours (Fridays or Sundays).
The 2027 cost to rent the meadow is $5,000 for up to 150 people and 6 hours
(Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays).
OR $3,500 for up to 75 people and 4 hours (Fridays or Sundays).
4) Are there any additional charges?
Yes. $250 for a one day event insurance policy and a bar fee starting at $90 per hour (2 bartenders) at a 4
hour minimum.
5) Are there bathrooms?
Yes. We have adorable rustic bathrooms with flush toilets and hot/cold running water.
6) Is there lodging/accommodations on site?
At this time no, but there are multiple hotels, rentals and inns close by. Check out our vendor page.
7) Does the pavilion have sides in case of inclement weather?
Yes. It has clear vinyl sides.
8) Can I have my picture taken with the cows?
Yes. If you would like the cows for pictures we can arrange for that.
9) Do you allow dogs?
Yes. All dogs must be leashed for their safety and safety of our livestock.
10) Will I have extra time for set up and breakdown?
Yes. We allow you the day at the farm. You may arrive anytime after 8am to start your set up/decoration and we allow one hour after your guests leave for clean up and breakdown.
11) Am I responsible for the trash removal?
No. We provide you with barrels and bags. We take care of your trash disposal.
12) Do you have any place for the bridal party to get ready?
At this time, no.
13) What is included in the rental fee?
A beautiful 40x60 post and beam wooden pavilion, ceremony site with white birch arbor and log bench seating, all your guest tables and chairs, buffet tables, dessert and greeting tables, fire pit, and bathrooms.
14) Do you have on-site parking?
Yes.
